Punkcake, “We Are Here We Are”: the title

The title of the album is not only a declaration of presence, but the claim for a safe and collective space for all marginalized identities.

“We Are Here, We Are These it is our response, conscious or unconscious, to everything that surrounds us and that has happened to us in these years in which we wrote it. They are pieces born not in the studio, not produced, but in the rehearsal room with our instruments and developed live“, explained the Arezzo quintet.

Then, he added: “As we worked on the album, we realized that it was a manifesto in progress that grew together with our desire to imagine a new world.
