The trailer for the third season of is online New Scenethe rap show produced by Fremantle that comes back up Netflix starting from Monday 22 June. The competition to find the new Italian rap talent is renewed with nine episodes (one more than in the past) and a jury that sees great news.
Next to the confirmed ones Fabri Fibra, Geolier And Rose Villainit is added Guéa legend of the scene who will further raise the bar of the competition to find new talents in Italian rap.
New Scene 3: the dates and structure of the competition
The programming of New Scene 3 will follow a precise calendar every Monday, with a totally renewed structure for the first four episodes:
- June 22nd: the first four episodes with the auditions. The judges will meet in the first episode to search for the best emerging rappers between original songs and freestyle battles.
- June 29th: four episodes dedicated to the most intense challenges (cypher, sample tests and video clips). Featuring artists will also arrive, with the semi-finalists duetting with the biggest names on the scene.
- July 6: the final to decide the winner of the 100,000 euro prize.
During the scouting phase a Bologna, Lugano And Milanthe judges will be joined by exceptional guests from the current scene: Ele A, Kid Yugi, Lazza, Neffa And Thirteen Peter.
The news of the third season
In addition to the entrance of Gué in the jury, the third season introduces new tests such as the one on samplefundamental for testing the musical culture and versatility of the competitors.
The success of the first two editions is confirmed by the numbers: the unpublished works of the competitors have exceeded the billion streams totals across musical and social platforms, making the show an essential showcase for rap in Italy.
