Lewis Hamilton–Approved Golf Essentials
When Lewis Hamilton isn't winning Formula One championships, the 41-year-old can often be found veering from his lane and applying himself to pursuits beyond the track.
He's behind the first non-alcoholic tequila alternative to be made using Blue Agave, he dabbles in making music, and he's been Lululemon's inaugural motorsport ambassador since last year, working closely with the brand's research and development teams while promoting key launches like the Metal Vent Tech line.
Just a few days ago, the racer took this apparel partnership one step further, cutting the ribbon on Lululemon's “Rest Day With Lewis Hamilton” content series, which follows Hamilton as he “steps outside his sport to learn from elite athletes across new disciplines,” per a press release.
Each episode, accordingly, will capture Hamilton learning vital lessons about cultivating the appropriate mindset for achieving peak performance and sharing his own.
In his “Rest Day” debut, Hamilton paired up with Min Woo Lee, an Australian pro golfer who plays on the PGA Tour and the European Tour (while being another Lululemon rep). The duo hit the links for some friendly competition, technique development, and passed-around words of advice. The full clip can now be viewed on YouTube.

It would be easy to get carried away by those charming accents and the two professionals' easy, instant camaraderie (at one point, Hamilton dropped down in front of Lee for a round of push-ups), but our editors' attention has landed on another aspect of the video altogether: Hamilton's on-course 'fit.
Dressed head to toe in Lululemon, he demonstrated one of the best traits of the company's golf category: an ability to look crisp while keeping functionality top of mind. Hamilton wore the Grand Standard Short-Sleeve Polo in Black for his outdoor outing with Lee, alongside the Unshaken Relaxed-Fit Pant in Coconut Ivory (the shade is not available online at this time) and the Structured Classic Ball Cap in a matching hue.

could give him some pointers on the swing made it even more memorable,” shared the influential golf figure, reflecting on his time with Hamilton.
