Lazza, Rondodasosa, Emis Killa defend Mario Roggero, the jeweler from Gallo di Grinzane, in the province of Cuneo, definitively sentenced to 14 years and 9 months in prison for the events that occurred in 2021.
On April 28, Roggero's jewelry store was robbed by three people armed with fake guns and knives. Roggero chased them out of the shop and fired a gun, killing two of them, Giuseppe Mazzarino and Andrea Spinelli, and wounding the third, Alessandro Modica.
Yesterday the sentence: legitimate defense (art. 52 of the Criminal Code) is not applicable since Roggero was not defending himself, but shot when the robbers were trying to drive away by car.
Roggero has published a video in which he says he is about to form himself and invites us to “bring forward a law that is truly against injustice and against increasingly rampant crime”.
