Live Nation has communicated the methods and timing of refunds for the Bad Bunny concert on July 18th at the La Maura Hippodrome in Milan which was interrupted due to bad weather. Basically, 100% of the ticket price and 15% of the presale fee will be refunded.
For purchases made online (Ticketmaster, TicketOne, Vivaticket) “no action will be necessary on the part of the buyer”, writes Live Nation. «The refund will be made automatically to the same payment method used for the purchase. The reimbursement procedures will be started on 24 July 2026.”
Anyone who bought the ticket at a physical point of sale will have to “submit a refund request through the platform www.rimborsi.ticketone.it. The platform will be available from 24 July to 7 August 2026 and reimbursement operations will be started after that date. In the case of transactions carried out via Culture Cards and Teacher Cards, a credit equal to the value of the ticket will be recognized (ticket price + 15% of the pre-sale fee) which can be used to purchase another event”
«In the event of technical problems (related to the payment system used during the purchase) in the execution of a single refund procedure, the customer will be contacted by the Customer Care of the ticket office where the purchase was made».
