Tim Westwood has been charged with sexual offences against two more women. The Metropolitan Police said the former BBC Radio 1 DJ has been charged with indecent assault against a teenage girl aged 16 to 17 in Hammersmith and Fulham in 1991 and the alleged sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman in Wandsworth in 2004. These charges are in addition to those brought against Westwood in October 2025 relating to seven women, which include four counts of rape. Outkast has filed a lawsuit accusing the California rapper and producer Ovrkast of unlawfully using a “nearly identical” name after acknowledging it caused consumer confusion and after allegedly agreeing to adopt a new moniker. The 31-page complaint, filed in federal court in Georgia and obtained by Rolling Stone, accuses Ovrkast of trademark infringement, unfair competition, and breach of contract.
