THE BowLandan electronic trio of Iranian origin based in Florence, are back with the new single Look at Meavailable from July 10, 2026 on all digital platforms. The song marks the beginning of a new phase for the band, which with this release inaugurates the collaboration with MAVE MGMT and announces a winter tour produced by Kashmir Music.
Look at Me moves on deep house coordinates, with a dreamy and sustained rhythm in which ethereal voices intertwine with organic percussion and electronic production. The song tells of the subtle border between seduction, intimacy and emotional control: what seems like a reassuring promise of freedom and love allows a darker side to emerge, in which desire becomes possession and affection becomes imprisonment. It is the contrast between reassuring words and disturbing intentions that sustains the tension of the piece.
The work on sound remains the band's recognizable trait. The production of Look at Me unites the tonbak Persian with percussion obtained with handcrafted objects, electric guitars, synthesizers and theremins, with sound design work done in Ableton.
