According to a Death Certificate Obtained by The New York TimesOsbourne Diad of a Heart Attack “Out of Hospital” and Suffered from Coronary Arterry Disease and Parkinson's. The Certificate, Filed by His Daughter Aimee Osbourne in London, Lists His occupation as “Songwriter, Performer and Rock Legend.”
The Certificate Further States That Osbourne Daed of “(a) Out of Hospital Cardiac Arst (B) Acute Myocardial Scoming (C) Coronary Artery Disease and Parkinson's Disease With Autonomic Dysfunction (Joint Causes),” According The Times.
