Sexto 'Nplugged is back for the twenty-first edition, a boutique festival held every year in Sesto al Reghena, a medieval village in the province of Pordenone, in the setting of Piazza Castello. Four evenings, from 2 to 5 July 2026, with a lineup that mixes international names and proposals from the Italian scene.
Opening the festival on Thursday 2 July will be WU LYF – with their only summer date in Italy – a cult band from the British scene of the 1910s, who recently returned with their new album A Wave That Will Never Break. With them will be These New Puritans, an experimental English band who will present their new work live Crooked Wing.
On July 3rd, Altın Gün will take to the stage, a quintet based in Amsterdam that blends Turkish tradition, psychedelia and funk, fresh from the release of their fifth album Garip. Opening: Il Mago del Gelato, one of the most interesting realities of the new Italian scene.
July 4th is the turn of Apparat, a Berlin producer and composer among the key names in European electronic music, at his only summer date in Central-Northern Italy. Before him, JoyCut, an Italian trio with cinematic atmospheres, returning from a North American tour with the Archive.
To close the festival, on Sunday 5 July, I Cani: a return to live performances by Niccolò Contessa's project after the success of the tour linked to the album Post Mortem.
Sexto 'Nplugged will also be a useful step in the road to of Pordenone as Italian Capital of Culture, a role it will assume in 2027. As in previous editions, the shows will also be accompanied by the Sexto Lounge, a free entry space with DJ sets, exhibitions and food area.
