Fedez he was admitted to the Fatebenefratelli hospital in Milan, where he arrived by ambulance at the emergency room just before 10pm on Monday 20 July 2026. According to what was reported by Adnkronos, the rapper was accompanied to the facility due to gastric problems.
His conditions, according to what ANSA has learned from health sources, are not serious, but only tests will be able to establish with certainty the extent of the problem. Given the clinical precedents, the doctors decided to proceed with some further investigations.
At the moment there are no official press releases from the management nor direct interventions from the artist on social media.
The 2023 hospitalization in the same facility
Fatebenefratelli is not just any hospital in the clinical history of Federico Leonardo Lucia. In the autumn of 2023 the rapper was hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery right there for an internal hemorrhage caused by the bleeding of some ulcers, followed by the emergency and oncology surgery team directed by Marco Antonio Zappa.
It was Fedez himself who told it on Instagram, with a sentence that made the rounds on social media at the time: “They literally saved my life”.
Those bleedings are a documented complication of the pancreatic surgery to which the artist underwent at the San Raffaele in Milan for the removal of a neuroendocrine carcinoma. It was Fedez himself, in a subsequent public clarification, who explained that at the point where the organs were sewn up after the operation the area remains more fragile and more exposed to ulcers and bleeding.
The hospitalization comes four days after the birth of the third child
The hospitalization occurred in a week that was completely different for the artist. On 16 July Fedez became a father for the third time: Edoardo Lupo was born, his first child with his partner Giulia Honegger, at San Raffaele in Milan. The rapper is already the father of Leone and Vittoria, with his ex-wife Chiara Ferragni.
On the recording front, Fedez arrives from a 2026 open with participation in the Sanremo Festival paired with Marco Masini with the song Necessary evilone year after the fourth place achieved at the 2025 edition with Beat.
On the live front, the rapper has on the calendar HOME 360°scheduled for Friday 25 September 2026 at the Unipol Forum in Assago, just outside Milan. It is the only live event currently announced, produced by Vivo Concerti. All dates of the season are in our 2026 concert calendar in Italy.
