After two years of waiting, Drake fans can finally rejoice: the rapper has finally released his new album Icemanwhich boasts collaborations with Shane Gillis and DJ Akademiks.
But it didn't end here. At the end of the live streaming for the launch of IcemanDrake pulled out three hard drives and text appeared on the screen that read: “I did this so I could do this.” And on another screen the titles of two more surprise albums appeared: Habibti And Maid Of Honour. All three discs were released simultaneously.
These are the first releases since the 2024 feud with Kendrick Lamar and the diss track Not Like Us, which won several Grammys and significantly worsened the rapper's public image (we told you about it here)

Iceman gives fans a look at how Drake experienced the battle. The production is by longtime collaborator Noah “40” Shebib, but names like Overkst, OK, Molly Santana are also involved. Habibti instead it contains 11 tracks and collaborations with Sexyy Red, PartyNextDoor and Loe Shimmy. Maid of Honour it has 14 songs inside and inside you will find artists such as Popcaan, Central Cee, Sexyy Red, Stunna Sandy and Iconic Savvy.

Returning to Lamar, on the new album Drake doesn't mince words to talk about what he feels towards the rapper and the song Not Like Us which, we remember, paints him as a “certified pedophile”. Drake then goes on the attack and publishes lines like «White boys listen to you because they feel guilty», but also allusions to the fact that 100 million streams of Lamar have disappeared from the count, fueling the continuous accusations according to which Universal has used bots and illegal methods to increase the popularity of the song.
But Drake also appears to claim that members of Kendrick's team attempted to bury the hatchet. “You saw my brother, you were trying to fix things, now you release your album and come back to insult me.”
Take some time because there are quite a few tracks to listen to today.
