The new course of the 2027 Sanremo Festival by Stefano De Martino officially begins. The new edition was kicked off by the artistic director himself, who announced the dates of the event through his social media profiles: from 16 to 20 February 2027. It is the first concrete act of the post-Carlo Conti management, called to collect a heavy legacy and inaugurate a new phase for the most followed musical event (and not only) on Italian television.
According to what was communicated by Rai, De Martino is already working together with the Director of Prime Time Entertainment to prepare the complex organizational machine that will lead to the 2027 edition of the Festival, also with some new features (such as the evening entirely dedicated to Eurovision). A work that starts well in advance and will come to fruition in the coming months between regulations, selection of artists, guests and definition of the show's structure.
What aroused the curiosity of social users, however, was also a detail of the post published by De Martino. In fact, accompanying the announcement was Reckless life by Vasco Rossi. A choice that could simply be a tribute to one of the most famous pieces of music played in Sanremo, but which inevitably sparked the fantasies of fans. Is this a sign of Blasco's return to Ariston? At the moment there are no confirmations, but many have interpreted it as a possible spoiler.
