Cate Le Bon brought out St. Vincent for their new collaborative single ‘Always The Same’ in New York this week – watch below. The song was released last week for the first time, a track that derives from the sessions for Le Bon’s recent album ‘Michelangelo Dying’, but it did not make the final cut for the album. St. Vincent – aka Annie Clark – contributes echoey vocals to the woozy, shimmering song, and the two artists played it live together for the first time on Friday night (January 16) during Le Bon’s show in Manhattan’s Irving Plaza. You can watch footage of the performance here: @aijemoigres Always The Same #catelebon…
The world of Italian music loses one of its kindest, but also most powerful revolutionaries. He passed away in Milan, at the age of 89, Tony Dallara. The official announcement was made by New IMAIEconfirming the death of Tony Dallarathe one who, between the end of the '50s and the beginning of the '60s, changed the rules of the game of our discography. At the registry office Antonio Larderaborn in Campobasso in 1936 but Milanese by adoption, Dallara was not just a singer, but the symbol of a generational rupture. In an era dominated by “bel canto” and chalky melodies,…
Geolier, Everything is possible: the review. Emmanuel throws the mask in the best album of this early 2026- It's not easy to take your life, your feelings, your city, your friends and relatives, everything that belongs to you and put them under a giant bull's eye. It's not easy to say with an open heart what it feels like to think back to your past and find a balance in the sea of difficulties that our mind throws at us every single day but, hey, “everything is possible” if you really want it and if you are willing to come…
For the better part of a decade, Los has staked his claim as one of Detroit rap’s foremost hyperrealists. The stories of his reliably built, relentlessly grayscale world are thick to the point of suffocation with granular details of underworld operations. His music is unflinching and unglamorous, the kind of leaden street reporting that feels close enough to touch but distant and glassy-eyed, delivered with matter-of-fact gruffness. Negotiations go bad, burner phones ring off the hook, and houses smell of tar from whatever’s bubbling on the stove. He and his brother, WB Nutty, are prolific as a unit, but not…

Dominic Fike has covered Primus’ theme song to South Park on Australian radio station Triple J – watch below. The Florida singer-songwriter became the latest artist to take part in the channel’s ‘Like A Version’ series in which musicians play live cover versions of other artists’ material. He appeared on Friday (January 9) and played the shortest ever ‘Like A Version’ entry, with his version of the familiar theme clocking in at just 26 seconds.
