The first, the companion work Wweennddyy Eeiisseennbbeerrgg, reimagines “Meaning Business” and “The Walls”—both of which appear on their recent self-titled album—into sprawling live renditions totaling 46 minutes. IAMDDB has hit out at the Israeli government for allegedly “stealing” her identity in an AI-generated video. The clip in question was allegedly posted on Israel’s official social media pages last week (Thursday October 15), and showed a woman reciting lyrics including: “Colonisers? Say the name. Jews from Judea, it’s in the damn name” (via MixMag). The post has now been deleted.
