The wait for The Weeknd's return to Italy is growing. The Canadian star will be the protagonist of three consecutive concerts at the San Siro stadium in Milan, scheduled for 24, 25 and 26 July, the only Italian dates of the leg European tour of his “After Hours Til Dawn Tour”.
Three years after the two evenings at the La Maura Hippodrome, Abel Tesfaye returns with an even more ambitious show. The tour has in fact become the most profitable ever for a male solo artist, with over 7.5 million tickets sold and grosses exceeding $1 billion. Opening the three evenings will be Playboi Carti, who on the European dates also took to the stage during The Weeknd's concert to perform “Timeless” and “Rather Lie” together.

There setlist should follow that proposal in the recent European stages, with around forty songs that span the entire career of the Canadian artist, reserving ample space for the latest album “Hurry Up Tomorrow”, released in 2025, without giving up the great successes that have made him one of the main stars of contemporary pop. As always, the setlist could undergo variations on different evenings, with possible surprise guests or changes in the order of the songs. A record-breaking show
The show focuses on a spectacular production: a 12 meter high golden sculpture created by the Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama dominates the center of the scene, flanked by enormous golden ruins, plays of light, lasers and flames. Compared to the 2023 tour, which stopped at the La Maura Hippodrome in Milan with a scenography inspired by an urban skyline, the new setup proposes a post-apocalyptic and monumental landscape.
The Weeknd's set lasts just under two hours and alternates songs from his latest work with his most loved classics. Among the most anticipated moments are “Take My Breath”, “Can't Feel My Face”, “The Hills”, “I Feel It Coming”, “Save Your Tears” and the final “Blinding Lights”, which has now become The Weeknd's signature song.
