A few months after the success of Rushmerethe band presented the songs from their brand new sixth studio album live, “Prizefighter”.
Written in just ten days of creative isolation and co-produced together with Aaron Dessner of The National in the legendary Long Pond Studio in New York, the album revealed its purest nature on stage: an instinctive, intimate work, where the lyrics of Marcus Mumford on resilience and human determination come straight to the chest with a totally renewed expressive force.
