Sparksthe new single by PRINCE
Sparks addresses the theme of emotional dependence and the difficulty of ending a relationship that continues to leave its mark, even when it no longer feels good. The song maintains a direct writing, accompanied by light pop sounds that recall summer.
The same PRINCE explains:
“Scintille talks about a toxic relationship and the emotional dependence that can arise towards a person. It is a sincere outlet, born from the need to free myself from something that was hurting me. It is often difficult to move away from what hurts us, because in the past it made us feel good. Through my experience I have tried to talk about this very conflict: the bond with memories and sensations that keep us anchored to a present that does not make us happy. I believe that the only way to get out of it is to learn to love yourself and find the courage to leave go what is no longer good for us.”
The single continues the artistic journey of the singer-songwriter, who alternates elements of contemporary pop with personal writing inspired by his experiences and the Emilian province in which he grew up.
Towards the EP Country Boys
Sparks anticipates the release of Country Boysthe first EP by PRINCEscheduled for July. The project takes its title from the world in which the artist grew up and collects songs that talk about connections, personal growth and roots.
To accompany the publication there will also be a special van tour: PRINCE will directly reach the homes of 14 fans to present the new songs live, transforming the release of the album into a series of close encounters with the public.
With Sparksthe young singer-songwriter adds a new piece to a journey that began with the first independent singles and continued up to the Sanremo Giovani experience, awaiting the arrival of his first EP.
