Niccolo Fabi will be in concert at Medici Fortress of Arezzo Saturday August 1, 2026one of the dates of his summer tour. The event is included in the schedule Summer in the Fortress 2026the event that animates the historic Arezzo location from 26 June to 4 August, and is held in collaboration with Arezzo Music Fest, Mengo Fest and We Agency.
For the Roman singer-songwriter it is the opportunity to bring the songs from his latest album live Freedom in the eyeshis tenth album of unreleased songs, released in May 2025 for BMG, together with the most loved titles in his repertoire.
Niccolo Fabi at the Fortezza di Arezzo: the concert on August 1st
The live of Niccolo Fabi is part of the 2026 summer tour, which is taking him to the main open-air events of the peninsula, including amphitheaters and arenas (here is our article with all the dates of the summer tour). On stage, alongside Fabi, his long-standing musicians, from Roberto “Bob” Angelini to Alberto Bianco and Filippo Cornaglia.
Fabi's concerts mix his authorial writing with instrumental parts suspended between electronics and psychedelia, in a show built on delicacy and intensity. The repertoire spans the different seasons of his career, from classics to songs from his latest album.
Summer in the Fortress 2026: the event hosting the concert
The concert of Niccolo Fabi is one of the events of Summer in the Fortress 2026a multidisciplinary event which for the first time is entirely created by the Teatro Verdi of Montecatini Terme. Eleven evenings from 26 June to 4 August, including music, narrative theatre, comedy and cultural meetings, in the setting of the Medici Fortress.
On the musical front, in addition to Fabi, the program offers the Queen Vocal Symphony, the homage to Lucio Battisti “Yes travelling, Battisti la Storia”, the tribute to Lucio Dalla “Caro Lucio ti cuore” with Marino Bartoletti and the homage to Ennio Morricone with the soprano Susanna Rigacci. There is also space for comedy with Giorgio Panariello, Jonathan Canini, Antonio Ornano and Gianmaria Vassallo, for narrative theater with Federico Buffa and meetings with Marco Travaglio and Paolo Crepet.
