It's been 25 years since Take Off Your Pants and Jacketone of Blink-182's most successful albums. The album was released on 12 June 2001, two years after the worldwide success of the previous one Enema of the State (which contained songs like What's My Age Again?, Adam's Song And All the Small Things). Driven by singles like The Rock Show, First Date And Stay Together for the Kidsthe album sold around 4 and a half million copies, 350 thousand in the first week alone.
Blink have decided to celebrate it with a reissue that celebrates the twenty-fifth anniversary. In addition to the 13 songs that make up the album, Take Off Your Pants and Jacket now contains six songs (Please Take Me Home, Time to Break Up, Mother's Day, What Went Wrong, Fuck a Dog, Don't Tell Me It's Over, When You Fucked Grandpa) renamed for the occasion “boner tracks” (the game is between bonuses And bonerwhich means erection).
The six songs are not unreleased, they were released as hidden tracks within the three different physical editions of the 2001 album.
