It comes out Friday June 19th from up here the view is fabulousthe debut album by Daria Huberdistributed by ADA Music. Ten tracks written and produced entirely by the Neapolitan singer-songwriter, anticipated by the latest single AGAIN, AGAINwhich close a journey built in recent years in total independence.
Born in 2002, originally from Naples, Daria Huber arrives at her first album after a journey that started from X Factor 2020where he made his mark with an intense performance of John My Beloved by Sufjan Stevens.
From there the choice of the independent path: live in clubs, first self-produced singles from 2023 and entry into Spotify's main editorial playlists, from Fresh Finds Italia (of which she was also the cover face) to New Music Friday Italia, Indie Italia and EQUAL Italia.
The album focuses on a specific theme: putting the pieces back together when you feel distant from who you really are. The artist herself explains it: “This album represents a starting point for me. Inside are the last years of my life: the expectations I had, the versions of myself that I lost along the way, the things I thought I would no longer be able to do”.
The singles precede the album Air line And Again again. Each single was released with a video clip: watched consecutively, the videos make up a short film that expands the concept of the album into a continuous narrative.
