Rimini returns to being Vasco Rossi's headquarters in view of the 2026 Live Tour. In the Romeo Neri stadium the Emilian singer-songwriter is completing rehearsals for the show which will debut with the traditional zero date of May 30th, preceded by the soundcheck reserved for fan club members. Indications are emerging from the test sessions that are already causing fans to discuss. In fact, the setlist seems oriented towards enhancing the repertoire of the 1980s, with several songs rarely performed live and some surprises that could significantly change the structure of the show compared to the latest tours.
Among the most relevant news is the return of “Una nuova canzone per lei”, a song contained in the album “Cosa trova in città” and absent from concerts since 1985. If confirmed in the definitive setlist, it would be one of the most unexpected resuscitations of recent years for Vasco fans.
No less significant is the presence in the rehearsals of “(For what I have to do) I'm doing the military”, performed only sporadically in the past and missing from the live shows since 2010. There is also space for “Ciao”, not the song from “C'è chi dice no”, a bad instrumental taken from “Ma cosa viso che sia una canzone”, a choice which testifies to the desire to recover little-used material from the catalogue.
To complete the block of rarities, “Mi si excludeva”, “Alibi” and “Bolle di soap” also appear, signs of a setlist which, at least in its first part, seems to favor less obvious songs compared to traditional stadium classics.
Vasco himself anticipated that the opening of the concert will surprise the public. “The setlist will amaze you… it starts with a song that no one expects, rearranged. It will be a good blow”, explained the singer, underlining how the first three pieces will be particularly energetic before leaving room for a ballad destined to mark the first emotional moment of the evening.
Alongside the rarities, there will be no shortage of great successes that have accompanied the Emilian rocker's concerts for years. In the tests, “Every time”, “We are alone”, “Rewind”, “I'll take you and I'll take you away”, “Sally” and “Albachiara” emerged. A particular role will be entrusted to “A better world”, which Vasco himself indicated as the last song before the encore.
Here are the songs that emerged from the rehearsals, which could be featured in the definitive Rimini setlist.

- Hello (instrumental)
- I was excluded
- (For what I have to do) I'm in the military

After the debut in Rimini, the tour will stop on 5 and 6 June at the Giorgio Bassani Urban Park in Ferrara, on 12 and 13 June at the Arena in Olbia, on 18 and 19 June at the San Nicola stadium in Bari, on 23 and 24 June at the Del Conero stadium in Ancona and on 28 and 29 June at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine.
Looking beyond 2026, Vasco has already confirmed that he is working on a major celebratory event for 2027, the year in which he will celebrate fifty years of his career with an event that aims to attract over half a million spectators.
