- SPF 50+ sun protection: Several hours outdoors can cause sunburn and dehydration. Apply it before entering and reapply it during the day.
- Mineral salts: heat, sweating and long waits promote the loss of liquids. Sachets or tablets to be dissolved in water help replenish sodium, potassium and magnesium.
- Power bank charged: digital ticket, maps, photos and videos quickly consume the battery. Always check the dimensions allowed by the organization.
- Picnic towel or blanket: It takes up little space and allows you to sit without standing directly on grass or dust while waiting.
- Isothermal blanket: used with the silver side facing outwards and fixed to a barrier, it can create a small area of shade during the hottest hours.
- Water and something to eat: within the limits of what is permitted by the regulation. There will still be refreshment points and toilets in the area.
For details on permitted and prohibited items, it is always a good idea to check the official regulations before setting off.
