Sanremo 2024 area came to life with the announcement of the 24, no longer 20, finalists after the audition phase which led to an almost total screening out of the 300 candidate names.

Tomorrow, Friday 22 November at 1.30pm, the 24 artists will have to take the final auditions in front of the Area Sanremo commission (different from that of Sanremo Giovani) which will carry out a further screening.
Only 10 will remain, named 'winners' of Area Sanremo 2024, who, on Saturday 23 November, will be listened to directly by Carlo Conti and by the Sanremo Giovani commission which will choose only two.
One of these two, ultimately, will be the one who will directly access the category of New Proposals completing the picture of the four finalist names in February at the Ariston.
We remind you that the other three finalists will be chosen by Sanremo Giovani, currently broadcast with the semi-finals on Rai2 with a weekly appointment.
