An important year for indie rock, full of fundamental albums that laid the foundations for the music of the entire decade of the Nineties. The Radio X webzine has decided to collect 25 of them in this list. Many of these records are absolute classics, several of them are also our milestones. Although obviously this is a very subjective and inevitably questionable selection, to be taken – as usual – only as a starting point to delve deeper into the panorama of a musical year.
