Registrations a Rexer House of Music A musical contest with a clear declaration of intent: music is home, refuge, identity. And from today it also becomes an opportunity. For those who dream, he writes, produces and believes it.
This new free project is conceived by Rexerreal estate agency born from the collaboration between Intesa Sanpaolo, Homepal and Bper Banca. An idea that combines technology and human warmth, renamed Warmtech, and which now focuses music as a universal language.
Rexer House of Music: How to participate
Starting from 1 April and until 2 May 2025, registrations are open to participate in Rexer House of Music.
The contest is aimed at young emerging artists of age and residents in Italy. To apply, you can choose between three options: reinterpret the Jingle of the Rexer spots with new Lyrics, propose a cover or present an unpublished song that talks about “home” and cites the brand. To all this are added one or two original songs, chosen by their repertoire, in pop, rap, trap, indie, rock, classic genres.
The selection is by a Artistic commission composed of professionals in the record sector, led by Franco Zanettieditorial director of Rockol, and supported by names such as Livio Magnini (Bluvertigo), Valentina Marturano (Sony Music), Eugenia Borgonovo (Sugar), Lucio Schirripa (Universal Music Italia), Giulia Mazzetta (Columbia/Sony), Veronica Vezzoli (Epic/sony), Marcello Balestra, Annalaura Avanzi, Manuela Colli, Ivan Butera.
A stage, a workshop and two prizes
The vote phase will be held from 6 to 19 May, online and live. 20% of the judgment will be entrusted to users, the remaining 80% to the Commission. THE 20-25 selected projects they will participate in an intensive workshop from 26 to 29 June at the Loano2villagewhere they will be the protagonists of seminars, training moments and, of course, live on stage.
Two will be the final winners:
- Rexer Award: professional production and national promotion for the most original song inspired by the Jingle Rexer.
- Artistic Project Award: sending the project to the 50 main record companies Italian and good from € 1,000 for musical equipment.
