M¥SS KETA has announced the release of his new album, scheduled for January 2025. The title and release date have yet to be revealed, in the meantime pre-order is available and a tour in Italian and European clubs has been announced .
The release of the album will be followed by a tour which, starting from March 2025, will take her to the stages of Italian clubs and seven European cities.
The album is preceded by two singles: “Volono essere me”, released on October 25th, characterized by baile funk sounds and fidget house and accompanied by a provocative video clip-performance, and “Nevrotika”, a track that plays between rock tones and dark atmospheres, with a video clip inspired by The Wizard of Oz and the participation of actress Silvia Calderoni.

“Nevrotika” is a mirage on the asphalt that comes to life with the electric discharges of the guitars – edited by Mattia Tavani – and which is lulled by the soundtracks of films on the road, in the company of Shania Twain and Laura Dern watching “Wild At Heart”. In the video clip, director Giorgio Cassano visualized this neurotic journey of M¥SS as a modern reworking of 'The Wizard of Oz': “The comparison with the Wizard of Oz arose from the element of the car, associated with travel. That of Dorothy and her companions is an educational journey, with them they arrive to unmask the Wizard. Each of them lacks something: wisdom, heart or courage. However, together, they fill each other's shortcomings, so they manage to complete their psycho-journey and arrive at their destination.” It is no coincidence that Silvia Calderoni was chosen in the role of the 'Scarecrow'. She is a performer, actress and author on the contemporary Italian research scene, muse of Gus Van Sant, and in her shows she mixes representation, experimentation and civil commitment. Silvia Calderoni, just like M¥SS, uses her art to send important messages regarding issues such as gender freedom, the fight against homophobia and civil rights, investigating them through her work which also permeates the performative use of her body .
M¥SS KETA made his return with “Volono essere me”, his first digital single, released on October 25th. The song is accompanied by a video clip which is a real one performancein which Myss herself becomes a serving dish, which all the guests at the banquet are asked to eat.
