Cuts on the heart is the title of the rock band's debut EP Jeremiahavailable in digital stores from November 29, 2024. The album, released on the label LeaveMusicexplores the complexity of human relationships.
Through the 8 songs of Cuts on the heart, Jeremiah tells different emotions between vulnerability, internal conflicts and paradoxes of love. They range from the anger of denunciation to the sweet bitterness of nostalgia, up to the clear awareness that some wounds, however invisible, never heal.
Jeremiah is a project born from the creative alchemy between Gere And Machenriched by the productions of Harley and from the guitars of Fru. Today, it presents itself as an alternative rock band with an energetic character and imbued with punk spirit. In his music, he gives voice to the anxieties and aspirations of a generation caught between the search for meaning and emotional turbulence.
The EP is characterized by evocative atmospheres and raw sounds, typical of alternative rock. The opening track is It's not my faulta sharp criticism of superficiality and opportunism. The journey continues with Waiting for youin which Jeremiah explores the loneliness of those who cannot love themselves and seek approval in vain. You, me, the stars – remained in the Sangio Giovane playlist for over 12 weeks Spotify – addresses the topic of empty and disconnected relationships. Sober explores the chaotic intensity of bonds filtered by excess. In You would passlove becomes a poetic and melancholic vision, while the title track Cuts on the heart collects the indelible pain of a fleeting encounter. Before you crudely describes the end of a toxic relationship. Goodbye (Where are you?)the last song on the album, is a poignant reflection on loss and emotional distance, leaving unanswered questions open.
