The Ho99o9 (made up of theGMO And Yeti Bones) are a duo capable of releasing superhuman energy through a unique sonic alchemy, fusing hip-hop, hardcore, futuristic punk, metal, industrial and electronics in an explosive mix, both on record and live.
Born in New Jersey and moved to Los Angeles over ten years ago, they established themselves as an unconventional phenomenon thanks to their debut United States of Horror (2017), defined by DIY “incomparable to anything else out there”. Their live performances have become legendary, sharing the stage with artists such as Slipknot, Korn, Alice In Chains, Rob Zombie, Ministry, Denzel Curry, Cypress Hill and many others.
They have collaborated with names like Corey Taylor (Slipknot), The Prodigy, JPEGMAFIA, Ghostemane, HEALTH, 3TEETH, Nova Twins, Pink Siifu, Greg Puciato (The Dillinger Escape Plan) e Chelsea Wolfeas well as appearances in cult projects such as KULT CABLE series And The Eric Andre Show.
In the 2025 release their third album, Tomorrow We Escape (999 Deathkult / Last Gang Records / MNRK), a more emotional and personal project.
As the two explain: “You can escape from mental problems, drugs or difficult situations. The listener decides what he wants to escape from.”
Compared to previous, more political works, this album focuses on emotion and vulnerability. Songs like “Upside Down”, “Prone”, “Target Practice”, “Tapeworm” And “Immortal” they show new nuances of their sonic universe — always chaotic, visceral and uncompromising.
The album ends with “Godflesh”a return to the band's angrier, punkier roots: “You can kill my body, but you can't destroy me,” says theOGM.
With Tomorrow We EscapeHo99o9 reaffirm their identity as one of the most radical and innovative bands on the contemporary scene — a force that combines chaos, catharsis and absolute freedom.
