Three years of secret concerts in Rome's hotels
Three years of secret concerts, close encounters with the artists and unconventional locations. Music Suite celebrated its third anniversary on Wednesday 3 June on the rooftop of the Hotel Nord Nuova Roma, confirming its identity as a format capable of combining live music and hospitality through immersive and unconventional experiences.
For the occasion, the project conceived in 2023 by Edward Bettoja And Beatrice Kind brought together four protagonists of the Italian songwriting scene: Icarus, Montegro, Mesa And Folcast. A line-up built to tell the story of the format and, at the same time, offer a glimpse into its next evolution.
Born with the aim of bringing author music out of traditional stages and into hotel spaces, Music Suite in recent years it has transformed rooms, living rooms, restaurants and rooftops into places for listening and sharing. A formula that has allowed us to create a direct relationship between artists and the public, making each appointment a unique and unrepeatable experience.
During the anniversary evening, Icarus, Montegro And Folcast they symbolically represented the link with the past seasons of the project, helping to tell the identity built over time by Music Suite: an essential artistic proposal, authentic and strongly centered on the relationship with the spectators.

Mèsa anticipates the new season of the format
Next to them, Mesa offered a preview of the format's next season. The Roman singer-songwriter will in fact be among the protagonists of the upcoming events of Music Suite with a concert dedicated to exploring his artistic path and his musical universe, suspended between alternative indie and songwriting.
The evening once again confirmed the philosophy that distinguishes it Music Suite: the name of the artists is revealed only on the day of the event, according to the logic of the secret concert, transforming each appointment into an experience built on anticipation, discovery and dialogue between music and place.
From Anna Castiglia to Casadilego: the artists who have passed through Music Suite
During its first three years of activity, the format hosted numerous artists from the Italian scene, including Anna Castiglia, Giovanni Truppi, Erica Mou, Nico Arezzo, Yuman, Galeffi And Casadilegocrossing some of the most important accommodation facilities in the capital such as Hotel Mediterraneo, Six Senses Rome, The Hoxton Rome, Hotel Massimo d'Azeglio, Art'Otel Rome Piazza Sallustio and, more recently, the Hotel Nord Nuova Roma.
June 3rd was not just an anniversary, but a real moment of transition. On the one hand, the story of a journey that contributed to redefining the concept of an intimate concert in the city; on the other, the start of a new phase that will continue to give space to established artists, new voices of Italian music and projects capable of inhabiting unconventional places with authenticity and closeness.

The words of Edoardo Bettoja on the future of the project
The significance of this achievement was also underlined Edoardo Bettojaartistic director and co-founder of Music Suite: “In three years we have hosted completely unknown emerging artists alongside names of national importance, but the objective has always remained the same: to bring a new audience closer to the artists. Today, giving space to young singer-songwriters is an increasingly complex challenge, but it is essential to continue doing so to support and enhance our cultural heritage”.
Words that summarize the mission behind the project since its inception: to create opportunities for authentic encounters between artists and the public, offering live music contexts capable of encouraging listening, discovery and relationship.
With three years of activity behind us and an increasingly loyal community, Music Suite now looks to the next season while keeping its mission intact: transforming hotels into spaces for culture, meeting and live music, where every concert can become an experience to live and remember.
