Originally from Manchester, Lusaintborn Lucy Hopkins, captures attention thanks to her unique voice and her artistic versatility influenced by various genres, including motown, blues, jazz, funk, soul and pop, combining her powerful voice with a deep emotionality.
After a apprenticeship in which he mainly created covers, the turning point for Lusaint arrives in 2019, thanks to the broadcast of one of its covers during the reality show Love Island, which climbs the charts in the United Kingdom. In 2023 he finally begins to publish his unreleased songs: in February his debut single “Dark Horse” is released, part of the EP “Self Sabotage” released in October, a rebirth of timeless hidden gems, a soul pop debut that highlights the his vocal abilities and musical influences. The distinctive voice of Lusaint and her songwriting skills have quickly brought her success in the UK music scene, with her soul covers promoted by the BBC and over 30 million global streams.
