With “60 Ways to Forget People”, Bush anticipate their tenth studio album, “Beat Lonelyss”, which will see the light on July 18 on Earminusic. The song enters the depths of the broken heart, in personal evolution and in the painful process of detachment, opening the doors to a bold and renewed chapter in the band's career.
Gavin Rossdale, leader and voice of the formation, explained the meaning of “60 Ways to Forget People” with these words: “What I feel about this album is that it touches the battles that we all face. '60 Ways to Forget People' is a reflection on the sacrifice, but also a celebration of the strength necessary to continue in the continuous improvement. Always, in all that we do”.
Produced by Rossdale himself together with Erik Ron (who worked with Godsmack and Bad Omens), “Beat Lonelyss” presents himself as a powerful tribute to the inheritance of the Bush, despite a clear push towards musical evolution. The disc measures the grunge intensity that defined the band's debuts with new sound shades, facing issues such as mental health, solitude and resilience.
“Beat Lonelyss” will be available in Digipak CD, 2LP Gatefold in 180g black vinyl and digital format, consolidating the band as one of the most important in the contemporary rock panorama. Listen below the first single:
