The Circolo Magnolia in Milan hosted the concert yesterday House of Protectionwith opening entrusted to the Hand of Junofor an evening dedicated to sounds that move between electronic, post-hardcore and more atmospheric suggestions.
The Hand of Juno they opened the evening with a live performance built on dilated structures and on a sound work that focuses heavily on textures. The compositions develop gradually, leaving room for more rarefied passages and an electronic component that works above all by stratification. The setting of the set remains consistent from start to finish, with a progression that favors the construction of the atmosphere over the immediate impact.
The House of Protection instead they brought a more direct and physical set to the stage. The duo moves between hardcore, electronic and punk with an essential approach, based on a compact sound and a strong rhythmic component. The electronic bases and the drums intertwine in an aggressive sound system, while the vocal parts are inserted in a context that focuses above all on intensity.
In front of the stage, the audience's response was constant throughout the concert. The area below the stage remained in motion, with continuous participation that closely followed the progress of the live show.
The Circolo Magnolia confirms itself as a suitable space for this type of proposal, thanks to a context that enhances performances centered on energy and live sound performance.
