A new collection of early-career David Bowie music is coming to Parlophone on September 18. The Shel Talmy Recordings compiles songs the titular producer, known for his work with the Who and the Kinks, made with the late singer in 1965, when he was still going by Davie Jones. Among the 22 tracks are ten never-before-heard tracks and demos, including collaborations with Jimmy Page and pianist Nicky Hopkins. One of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Star Island estates in Miami has changed hands in a $55 million deal, as the music mogul continues to serve his 50-month federal prison sentence for his conviction on two counts of prostitution-related charges. The waterfront mansion, located at 1 Star Island Drive and purchased by Combs in 2021 for $35 million, has been sold in an off-market transaction. The buyer, John A. K-pop fans have fueled an unusual surge in physical album sales in 2026 according to Luminate's midyear report. Fans of BTS, Enhypen, and Ateez notably showed out in droves at stores like Target and Walmart to buy their favorite artists' albums. The burst in interest was most notable with CD sales, which are up 16 percent this year; K-pop albums accounted for nearly 10 percent of that figure.
