One of the most important evenings of the signed billboard is approaching Rock in Rome 2026: i MUMFORD AND SONS will perform on Tuesday 7 July at the Ippodromo delle Capannelle space for the only Italian date this summer. On the occasion of three dates of the summer tour – in Groningen, Rome and Berlin – Mumford & Sons confirmed the collaboration with PLUS1 in support of War Child: in the Netherlands, Italy and Germany, 1 €uro for each ticket sold will be allocated to projects dedicated to the protection, education and protection of the rights of children involved in conflicts.
Mumford & Sons have been awarded the PLUS1 2025 Impact Leader Award, recognition given to the band for the greatest contribution in terms of fundraising for War Child.
In February 2026 they released their sixth album, “Prizefighter,” written and co-produced with The National's Aaron Dessner at Long Pond Studio in upstate New York. Just seven months after the release of “Rushmere” – the acclaimed album that took first place in the charts in March 2025 – Mumford & Sons release an instinctive, intimate, deeply choral album, with lyrics by Marcus Mumford that address themes of resilience, emotional tension and determination, interpreted with a renewed expressive force.
