Healthy publishes Friday 3 July 2026 When you maybe, then we alreadya seven-track EP out now for Bomb Discs / WEA. The album was anticipated by Very fascistwith All Phenomenaand the new single Sun Sunon the radio from the same date.
The title starts from a direct relationship between the writer and the listener: the “we” takes shape only when it encounters a “you”. The songs do not close the meaning in a definition, but leave room for images, places and personal relationships.
When you maybe, then we already: summer, relationships and adulthood
In the new EP by Healthysummer is made of light, heat, nights and familiar spaces. It is the moment in which relationships change shape and the certainties of adulthood still remain to be built.
The seven songs do not follow a single plot. Each piece opens up a different situation, linked to the artist's daily life and transformed by his writing, between metaphors, hyperbole and very concrete details. Love, growth, friendships and usual places return several times, but without a mandatory reading. The album moves between intimate moments and shared scenes, leaving it up to the listener to piece together the picture.
The sounds of Sano's EP between electronic, indie pop and singer-songwriter
When you maybe, then we already crosses electronic, indie pop, surf, urban and contemporary songwriting. Influences coexist without turning into a fixed formula.
Next to Healthyin the composition and production of most of the EP, is there Rainer Monaco. They also appear in the work Drast, Golden Years, Axel Legit, Giovanni Truppi, Tripolar, Lucky La Polo And Giordana Marengo. The presence of All Phenomena in Very fascistalong with collaborations with Irbis And bekkeriafurther enlarges the perimeter of the disk.

Sun Sun
Sun Sun opens the EP with a warm atmosphere, crossed however by a more acidic tension. Summer remains bright, but is never told as a completely pacified image. At the center there is a time spent between two, away from the city, in a space that seems both known and new. The dynamics of the couple and the little secrets become the point from which the song starts.
Fascistissime (with Tutti Phenomeni)
Very fascist was born from a story addressed to Giordana, Sano's partner. An apparently light thought is placed in the most frivolous season, summer, to shield it from an overly serious explanation. From there a love story on the run develops, populated by political symbols and references to collective memory. However, the piece maintains a surreal and post-ironic tone, without indicating a single direction of reading.
That the love that
In That the love that The frictions and misunderstandings that can occur in a relationship come into play. The text holds together anger, sweetness and a form of hope that does not erase the conflict. The song questions the idea of absolute love, capable of overwhelming everything. Music, however, moves in the opposite direction and amplifies that very sensation.
Time wasters
Time wasters takes its name from a place in the historic center of Naples. For Sano it is also the place to meet up with your circle of friends and observe a certain idea of the city. The place thus becomes an observation point on everyday life. Inside there are real people, shared moments and that altered everyday life that takes shape when you always find yourself in the same place.
tfat (with Irbis)
tfat looks at the years spent in the house called Confalone, where Sano lived with Rainer and Roberto. More than an apartment, that place was a center of meetings and relationships. The song connects that season to the present and restores the magnetism created between the people who lived in the house. Confalone's “gang” becomes the way to tell a shared, young and off-axis reality.
It's day already (with bekkeria)
In It's day alreadythe night is described as an ally and at the same time as a deceptive presence. In the dark, thoughts may seem romantic, urgent, or inevitable. With the light of day, those same thoughts change weight and perspective. The song tries to keep the two versions of the same person together, without choosing which is the truer one.
Four-leaf clover
Four-leaf clover was born from the desire to write a song for children, also thanks to the stories of Sano's mother, a kindergarten teacher. The voice of Maddalena Luiso reinforces this change of gaze. The search for a four-leaf clover becomes the starting point for talking about childhood and the transition to adulthood. Luck is not presented as something to chase, but as the awareness of what changes the way we look at others.

Who is healthy
Healthystage name of Riccardo Caponeis a Neapolitan singer-songwriter and producer born in 2000. He took his first steps in Thru Collectedan independent collective born in Naples during the pandemic. Within the group he stands out for his choruses and for writing some of the collective's best-known songs. In his personal journey he brings together Italian songwriting, post-emo, indie rock, hyperpop, drum'n'bass, ambient, folk and references to Neapolitan song.
In 2022 he releases the EP The industry, pop, the camera, sex. He also worked as a songwriter for other artists, contributing to much of DYI of the Psychologists and writing with Rainer Monaco The liea song competing for the Zecchino d'Oro. After the single Heat and several collaborations, including Moraine with Tutti Fenomeni in the Golden Years producer album, he released his debut album on 14 November 2025 Opopomoz for Bomba Dischi / WEA.
