Five evenings of celebration, music, food and stalls immersed in the nature of the Maglio di Ome Park, in Franciacorta, province of Brescia. The sOMEnfest returns this year from 1st to 5th July with one more evening than in past editions and with a musical offering that touches on the most diverse genres.
Wednesday indie with Dutch Nazari (fresh from participation in Miami in Milan), Thursday alternative-rock with the new Sì, Boom Voilà (the new supergroup of Roberta Sammarelli, former bassist of Verdena and other former members of Teatro degli Orrori and Baustelle). Friday will be full of music folk-celtic-punk with the Marche band Brutti di fosco, while Saturday will be dedicated toelectronics with Smack's masked DJ set. Conclusion on Sunday with a very particular event: Ruggero dei Timidi's new show “Shyland”. “A parallel electronic universe where the music pumps in the speakers and shyness becomes energy, freedom, sweat”… to put it in his words.
The kitchen and bar will be open every evening. The festival opens at 6pm and entry is free. Concerts starting at 8.45pm.
Every year Somefest donates part of the proceeds from the festival to charity: this year it will support the Nemo clinical center in Gussago, for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of neuromuscular diseases.
