The Majano Festivala symbolic event of the summer in Friuli Venezia Giulia and one of the most important historical events in the North-East, reveals the complete program of its 66th edition. An event that continues to renew itself while maintaining its identity intact, built in over six decades of activity thanks to the commitment and passion of Pro Majano.
This year too the festival will offer a rich and transversal calendar, capable of combining great protagonists of Italian and international music with gastronomic events, cultural meetings, exhibitions and sporting events. A now consolidated format that transforms Majano into a place of aggregation and participation, with a proposal designed to involve audiences of all ages and make the festival an accessible, widespread and shared experience.
MUSIC AND LIVE EVENTS
As per tradition, great music will be the beating heart of Majano Festivalwhich also for this edition offers a calendar of very high profile concerts, confirming the event among the most important events of the Italian musical summer. A program capable of crossing different genres and generations, bringing to the stage artists loved by the general public and productions with a strong spectacular impact. On the fiftieth anniversary of the earthquake that hit Friuli Venezia Giulia hard in 1976, and Majano in particular, the festival chooses to dedicate the inaugural concert to that wound that is still alive in the collective memory of the area. Saturday 25 Julyat 9.00 pm, the large Concert Area will host “Bolero Carmina Burana”, an impressive production proposed by Ensemble Symphony Orchestra directed by the Master Giacomo Loprieno. Over 200 musicians and choristers will give life to a show of extraordinary emotional and musical intensity, conceived as a moment of memory and sharing.
Sunday 26 July instead, one of the events most loved by the festival public will return: the evening dedicated to the universe of Pink Floyd with a live performance by Pink Sonicconsidered among the best European tributes to the historic British band. An immersive journey through psychedelic atmospheres, great classics and visual suggestions that will retrace some of the most iconic pages in the history of rock.
Then there is space for the contemporary urban scene with the return to Friuli Venezia Giulia of Herniahero Saturday 1 August of the Mayan stage of his “Solo Per Amore Summer Tour 2026“, after the success recorded in the main Italian sports halls. There is also great anticipation for Tony Boyamong the most followed artists of the new Italian rap generation, who will take the stage Friday 7 August thanks to the success of the new album “Trauma”, capable of conquering millions of listens in the first weeks of publication.
Sunday 9 August instead it will be the turn of Noyz Narcosan authentic legend of Italian hardcore hip hop, expected in Majano with the only regional date of his “Cruel Summer Tour 2026The artist will present the songs from the new album “FUNNY GAMES” live, together with the pieces that have marked his long career.
Grand finale Sunday 16 August with the live return of Caparezzawhich after a four-year break will welcome the festival audience again with the tour linked to the new album “Orbit Orbit”, published at the end of 2025.
