A hearing took place today, Friday 27 September, against Morgan, accused of stalking by singer-songwriter Angelica Schiatti. And if in the previous one the singer-songwriter had asked to be admitted to restorative justice, today the judge has admitted this type of path.
The procedure, complementary to the trial, provides for a meeting to resolve the conflict between Morgan and Angelica Schiatti, in the presence of a mediator, after an individual work process with specialists for Castoldi. This decision could lead to a reduced sentence if convicted.

His statements always a Fanpagewhen Morgan presented the request for admission to restorative justice: «We had already expressed our opinion at the previous hearing, during which the possibility of being able to access restorative justice was introduced. In my opinion there are no extremes. I will reserve the right to send material to the judge in support of what has been asserted. The application of the last paragraph of Article 162, on the basis of what is established by jurisprudence and doctrine, is in fact not admissible for the crime of stalking”.
Angelica Schiatti's complaint dates back to 2020. The case then exploded in the media after an article by Selvaggia Lucarelli on Daily Fact.
