In week 21, the Spotify and YouTube rankings tell a transition phase, between new surprising entrances and expected names they have not convinced. Here is a small summary on the basis of the platform data, detected through the All Music Italia report.
Top of the week
Among the top of the week, the return of Olly, winner of Sanremo 2025 with “Blaorda Nostalgia”. His song “Depressed Fortunato”, who came out surprisingly on the eve of the closure of the tour in the clubs, enters the top 10 directly with an intimate story that unites guitar, melancholy and sincerity.
Fabri Fibra returns in style with “What a taste is there”, a pungent song in which, together with Trentaini Pietro, reflects on today's Italy between social anxiety and new generations. The piece is the first extract from his new next album “while Los Angeles burns” coming on June 20, and immediately positioned himself among the most listened to.
Alfa continues his climb, driven by the collaboration with Manu Chao in “I like me”.
Among the other ascent singles, “Barrio Lambada” by Fred De Palma confirms his summer and international vocation, while Gabry Ponte tries again with “Brokenhearted”, the result of a transatlantic collaboration with the train.
Flop of the week
On the flop front, however, the disappointment for Sarah Toscano weighs: his new single “Taki”, despite the visibility obtained thanks to the victory to Amici and the Sanremo showcase, cannot enter the Top 10 nor to impose himself among the strongest exits.
Even the coma_cose cannot engrave with “La jealosia”, which struggles to leave their mark despite an attractive video clip and a targeted promotion. The same fate is up to the BNKR44 with “Luna Rossa”, which passes almost unnoticed.
Finally, the exit of individuals designed more for a niche audience than for Heavy Rotation is reported: this is the case of “is only a moment”, the single that marked the return of the Zen Circus, consistent with their independent aesthetic.
