In 2016 Appino, Ufo and Karim Qqru released one of the most important works of their entire discography. The ninth album marks a turning point in the band's sound and some songs featured as Ilenia, The Third World War, I Don't Want to Dance, The soul doesn't count (certified gold and a song that alone has totaled over 13 million streams on Spotify) become classics of their repertoire.
The Zen Circus they have built an ever-growing path that today includes thirteen albums, an anti-biographical novel published by Mondadori, participation among the Bigs in Sanremo in 2019 and thousands of concerts in front of a large transgenerational audience, becoming over time a point of reference in the panorama of Italian rock.
On September 26, 2025 Zen Circus released EVIL (Carosello Records), their latest album of unreleased songs, whose recently concluded Italian presentation tour recorded ten sold outs on twelve dates, a result that testifies to the growing enthusiasm of the public for a record which entered, in the week of release, in 2nd place in the FIMI/GfK ranking of the best-selling physical albums in Italy and in 4th place in the general ranking.
