Mahmood signs one for the first time original song for cinema and it does so by linking its name to the new film by Gabriele Muccino, The things left unsaidreleased in theaters from January 29th.
The song of the same name, The things left unsaidit's a unreleased single of the singer-songwriter and will accompany the film from the first visual impact: an excerpt of the song is in fact already present in the official traileravailable online starting today. The single is scheduled for release mid-January.
This is a significant step in Mahmood's artistic journey, who for the first time brings his writing and his musical identity within a cinematic soundtrackcommunicating directly with the images and with the filmic narration.
The film's trailer, accompanied by the first notes of the song, immediately conveys a suspended emotional atmosphere, made up of silences, underground tensions and unexpressed fragilities: elements that seem to dialogue naturally with the artist's musical universe.
