Geolier, Everything is possible: the review. Emmanuel throws the mask in the best album of this early 2026-
It's not easy to take your life, your feelings, your city, your friends and relatives, everything that belongs to you and put them under a giant bull's eye.
It's not easy to say with an open heart what it feels like to think back to your past and find a balance in the sea of difficulties that our mind throws at us every single day but, hey, “everything is possible” if you really want it and if you are willing to come to terms with yourself.
Emmanuel (not Geolier) did it, he put himself on the line and wasn't afraid to tell things as they are and how they went throughout his life. Today, see this cover and read the lyrics of his songs they acquire a meaning that previously might have seemed at least risky. It all has a very precise logical thread.
Emanuele before Geolier: the face behind the mask
Everything is Possible he is Emanuele Palumbo from Secondigliano, Naples, with all his defects and fragilities. Geolier becomes almost superfluous because this is not his story, it is not his life. It's that of a boy who “He has stalactites in his heart”who experienced poverty but understood that true poverty and true wealth are not in the wallet, who made it “just because he had more things to say” of others.
This album is the story of poverty that turns into wealth in the right way, of nothing that becomes everything but with full knowledge of the facts, of a success that exists but that can be transformed into a brutal “execution” as soon as the wind changes.
Geolier becomes the necessary means, the mask under which Emanuele is. It has always been there, it has never hidden to be honest but, perhaps, before it needed it more in some ways. Now there is a different maturity and having this album today means that the end has justified the means.
Everything is possible for Geolier, even making a “no skip” album
That Geolier we certainly don't find out if he was a rap champion today and certainly not with this new album but that he managed to go further (and you define the concept of beyond…) was not a given. The fear of a mega flop could also arise for various reasons.
I feat with 50 Cent And Anuel AA they told us about this boy's ambition, the references on the cover and the familiar exegesis created expectations and, usually, when you start like this what you hear is clearly emptier than what was advertised.
This is not the case, everything went well and listening to every single track confirms this. One has been created tracklist practically perfectan ups and downs of melodies, rhythm, words and emotions that allows you to reflect when you have to but also have fun when you're about to fall off the cliff.
Everything is calculated to not lose your attention and to keep you glued to this real film of the artist's life, which is not at all easy if we see what the genre has given us in recent times.
Nice work, yes, but we're on a completely different level here. Here we cannot and must be frightened by saying that Geolier has raised the bar of quality higher. Geolier is the Duplantis World of the rap game and this is his new record. Geo-records.
And then… Everything is Possible, even opening the album with Pino Daniele 11 years after his death with an unreleased track that tells exactly this: always believing, achieving the impossible.
Not just rap: the record as a film, not as a playlist
It is not a 100% rap album, on the contrary: the most rap thing about the project is Geolier himself with his bars and his sincere and frank writing but, if we look only at the musical side, we are faced with a hip hop, rap, pop, blues, dance, r&b album and nothing appears out of place, out of focus, off topic.
There is an angry Geolier but with an alert head (Sleepwalker), a reflexive one (Facil Facil, P Forz, It Doesn't Rain In Naples), fun and entertaining that seems straight out of GTA V (1H, Phantom, 081), introspective and sweet from time to time (Photography, Desire, Stars), one within everyone's reach (Love Song, Rainbow, 2 Days in a Row) and more.
The featurings of “Tutto è Possibile”: the hype functional to the story
There are the featurings, all successful, with Kid Yugi, Sfera Ebbasta And Anna but not only that. The two internationals 50 Cent and Anuel AA didn't just serve to hype. They are functional, they are useful, they fit perfectly into the reality of Geolier and enrich the project with value. And then, as mentioned, there is the feat with the Maestro par excellence, that Pino Daniele who would certainly be happy to see a son of Naples make their city so mammoth again with music.
Emanuele is, like all human beings, full of facets but he knows how to put them in the right order without getting confused and confusing others. There is a rare clarity in every single move, almost as if it were the clearest version of any medicine leaflet.
You read the leaflet, detailed, but still you get confused. Read and listen to Geolier, detailed, and never lose the thread of the conversation. This concept becomes even clearer by listening to the first song in the tracklist one after the other, Everything is Possibleand the last one, It doesn't rain in Naples.
Naples as the final key: from optimism to the manifesto
He opens by asking himself questions about the future to be looked at with optimism, a rare thing if you come from a complicated reality, and then closes with his personal story about Naples, the people who live there and about himself. A difficult city but one that always manages to give those who live there the awareness that, seriously, anything can happen and so why stay there and dwell on the distortions? Better to think of “mamma Napoli” who allows you to live dreams and, from time to time, turn them into reality.
Just like that of Emanuele Palumbo who, thanks to Naples, managed to turn Geolier, a dream, into a solid and concrete reality that does good not only to himself and the people close to him but also to many others who decide to listen to him and spend time identifying with his lyrics.
They could be the life stories of many, many people in this country that keeps us in balance every other day and which, much more, makes us sink into a sadness that is difficult to shake. But in the end, as he says, what do we know if everything changes tomorrow and “you take everything”?
In the meantime we have a today and that today tells us that we are facing the first, great album of 2026. The first album of the year that we can really consider no skip.
Emanuè, everything is possible for you and you have proven it.
