The great international rock stopped in Bergamo last night, where the ChorusLife Arena it was the scene of a memorable evening. The ALTER BRIDGEpillars of modern hard rock, gave a masterful performance, supported by two heavyweights like Daughtry And Sevendustfor an event that reaffirmed the centrality of the band on the world scene after over twenty years of career.
The concert comes less than a month after the release of the band's self-titled eighth studio album “Alter Bridge”published on January 9th last on Napalm Records. The album was received with enthusiasm by critics and the public, confirming that, after over twenty years of career, the quartet composed of Myles Kennedy, Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall and Scott Phillips It hasn't lost a gram of its power.
The live show: a perfect lineup of new releases and classics
The evening at ChorusLife Arena saw a band in a state of grace. The opening was entrusted to the drag “Silent Divide”the first single from the new album which has already exceeded 8 million views. The setlist then masterfully alternated new songs, such as the devastating one “Tested and Able”to the great anthems of the past such as “Cry of Achilles” And “Metalingus”.
The ending was, as per tradition, thrilling: an encore entrusted to the epic “Blackbird” and in charge of “Isolation”which left the Bergamo audience in ecstasy.
