A musical document that bears witness to the historic concert held by Genesis at the Circo Massimo in Rome in front of approximately 500,000 spectators, for the last European date of the “Turn It On Again Tour”. It is entitled “When In Rome 2007” and will be broadcast on Rai5 on Tuesday 2 July at 23:58.
The setlist includes some classics by the English band such as the suite “In The Cage/The Cinema Show/Duke's Travels”, “Firth Of Fifth”, “I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe)”, “Carpet Crawlers”, “Home By The Sea”, “Turn It On Again”, “Land Of Confusion” and “Mama” and many others.
The footage is the complete filmed footage of the last European date of the “Turn It On Again: The Tour”, held at the Circo Massimo in Rome on 14 July 2007, in which Genesis played in front of approximately half a million spectators.
After a period of separation, the Genesis members who survived the death of Peter Gabriel (Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford) subsequently reunited for this sold-out world tour.
