10 years after the death of the Neapolitan singer-songwriter, the docufilm will be screened on Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th and Monday 6th January in the main cinemas Pino Daniele – Black in the Middle: an intimate and profound portrait of the artist's life and career, entirely edited by Marco Spagnoli And Stefano Senardi.
Thanks to a series of stories and the emotions contained in one of his most representative albums, that is Black in the middlethe documentary will be the perfect opportunity to rediscover the man behind the artist, exploring the most authentic and personal side of the Neapolitan musician.
“Senardi takes the viewer by the hand and guides him to discover the many worlds of Pino Daniele: the man, the artist, the friend, the musician“, tells Marco Spagnoli.

Produced by Fidelio and Eagle Picturesdirected by Marco Spagnoli, Pino Daniele – Black in the Middle traces the first part of the career of Pino Daniele and he does it with the eyes and voice of Stefano Senardilongtime friend and historic producer of Pinewhich takes audiences through a series of exclusive interviews with some of the singer-songwriter's closest collaborators and friends.
In short, it is a real celebration, not only of the artist's music, but also of his thoughts, of his ability to continuously innovate the musical panorama and of his passion for Naples.
And, just in this in this regard, in Pino Daniele – Black in the Middle the images of the Neapolitan capital blend with the artist's melodies, creating an immersive visual and sound experience.
Also, the director Marco Spagnoli created a narrative for this docufilm that mixes archive images, music and testimonies, giving life to an emotional journey that explores Neapolitan culture and its indissoluble bond with the soul of Pino Danielemaking Naples a real character in the documentary.

Entirely shot in Naples, the docufilm is produced by Daniele Basilio And Silvio Maselli For Fidelio and from Roberto Proia For Eagle Pictures.
The executive production was instead entrusted to Francesca Andriani And Guglielmo D'AvanzoWhile Carmine Daniele he took care of the general organization.
Finally, on the photography front we find Gianluca Rocco Palma to the management e Jacopo Reale to the editing, while the composition of the original music was entrusted to Pasquale Catalano (montage of Marco Furlani).
