“Neno is not just a project for me, it's a whole life. A life of choices, sweaty hands, between pizzas to be delivered and songs to sing. In this there is only one common thread, for me: that I sing, alone and with others, to concentrate and to relax, to reason and to let off steam.

I have been Stefano since I was born, 27 years ago, Ste's since they gave me a nickname, shortly after, but I have been Neno perhaps since before I was born, and not only since I was born.

“Songs for friends, in turn, is born from me and is also a little” beyond 'to me: it is my way of thanking those who made me who I am.
