«Milk-colored stars it is the story of a magical night, of an encounter that gives new life, of a dawn that teaches us to always keep our gaze straight towards the horizon. The Balearic-inspired sound transports us into a dreamlike dimension, made of pulsating bass and dreamy piano, for an invitation to dance hand in hand.”
This is how the Milanese singer-songwriter Antonio Palumbo describes his new single, written by him and produced by Edoardo Romano, whose single is released today.
Milk-colored stars previews the new album What the songs saywhich will be released by the end of 2024. The video clip is signed by the American animator Rnotte, who maintained the dreamlike and dreamy dimension of the piece.
Born in Milan in 1981, Antonio Palumbo made his debut with the band Nebel, an Italian neo-folk project: a lot of live activity, two self-produced albums up to The season (2010). In 2017 came the solo debut with the acoustic EP in English Altaguardiawhich is followed How Fast We Livereleased in October 2019 and produced by Davide Andreoni, with five songs still in English. In the summer of 2020 he released his first single in Italian, again produced by Davide Andreoni, entitled That's all; the video clip that accompanies the song is in rotation on MTV. The single is from 2022 Take mewith which he begins a new path that sees him continually experiment with new sounds, while maintaining a recognizable melodic signature. Exactly as happens in Milk-colored stars and on the upcoming album What the songs say.
