After a long period of silence, he returns with a new song, At what price?the rapper formerly known as Any Cop (here to find out more, here for one of our video interviews) who now hides his identity behind the new pseudonym A Anyone.
This change marks a personal and artistic rebirth, a moment of transformation told through incisive rhymes and an official video that underlines his determination to continue not only his musical path, but also a wide-ranging social project.
Any one, the new song, at what price?
On this new song, the rapper declared:
“At what price? was born as a sort of rebirth. After a long period of silence I felt compelled to make people understand what I faced.
I tried through rhymes and videos, both of the freestyle released a few days before and of the official song, to represent the desire and courage that push me to continue with this musical and above all social project. All of this, unfortunately, is always accompanied by a question… at what cost?”
The name change, accompanied by a media campaign on Instagram And TikTokreflects a crucial moment in his life, but the artist prefers the focus to be on his music:
“What matters is the value of the music I propose, the ideal I try to spread, which beyond the character, aims to have a much broader meaning.”
The song, produced by Halconis also available with an official video that you can watch here:
AT WHAT PRICE?, LYRICS OF THE SONG
Forced into the darkness that masks me
After all, what can't you do for love?
I would have faced the sea on a raft
Even in the storm for a level up
Teetering on the edge with every step
I know a laser sight is pointing at my temple
And that the trigger will have pressure to misstep
The platoon's finger is twitching, they want me to turn off
Ramm na man ca t bring cu me
My goodness, these things have been adopted
I ca vulev sul o mej p te
I know pijat or pegg and pure or stipat
I c agg done po ro rap
Na cos e piett
Tnev ngap all and pass sunnat
I just moved on to the natural step
Nc stev hurry
But whoever does well knows that he is scurdat
Look at me I'm nothing but a broken dream
Yet another failure looking for a way out
Among the serpents within a designated labyrinth and vast radius
Where that passage between the victim and the hostage is short
I swear I did everything not to fall for it
But the hands on the shoulder blades, I swear, were too many
I was still anchored, you know, safely to some pillars
I plummeted to my death
And there is no…
An intense and meaningful song that marks a new phase in his career A Anyone.
