Hyatt, 72, Was Initialy Charged in 2020 with Raping Four Women. The case Quickly Exploded with additional Allegations. He was indicated in August 2021 ON 34 COUNTS OF SEXUAL Assault Involving 21 Victims, Including Minors. The Charges, dating as Far Back AS 1996, Involution Women and Girls Ranging in Age from 15 to 51.
Though Hyatt's Criminal Case was Short-Circuited by His Medical Condition, The Lawsuits Against Rainbow Bar & Grill, Owned by A Company Called Rockin 'Horse, Moved Ahead. I Don't Think Rockin 'Horse Had Any Argument to Make That Didn't Know This Was Going On Their Establishment,” Osten Said. “That can be a problem in these types of case, when you his an establishment. They say, 'How on Earth Could We Know?' But when they are dozens of Victims with the same perpetrator under the same circumstance, It's pretty clear what was happy. ”
The Lawsuits Filed Against Rockin 'Horse Accused the Famed Watering Hole of Negligence. They Claimed Key Staff at the establishment Knew Hyatt Was a Danger to the clientele and still Allewed Him To Enter the Premises and Even Gain Access to Restricted Areas Such As the Employee Bathroom.
