The lucky one comes to an end celebratory tour for the 25th anniversary of “Rospo” that i QUINTORIGO And JOHN DE LEO they have been carrying it around Italy since December 1st.
On stage to revive the glories of the two albums, Toad And Greyprinted for the first time on vinyl from Universal (https://bio.to/QuintorigoVinili ), the original lineup: John DeLeo (voice), Valentino Bianchi (sax), Jonathan Costa (cello), Andrea Costa (violin) e Stefano Ricci (double bass).
“By giving a first report on this round of tour celebrating our reunion, we can only feel satisfied and note that there is an audience that supports us. A heterogeneous audience that recognizes itself both in our musical intent and in that inclusive, dreamy, but also disenchanted vision of the world. We saw with our own eyes that the fans of the first hour have not forgotten us and that curious new generations are also participating. All this burdens us with responsibility. It's still up to us to keep this voice high to sing it together.”

TOADreleased in 1999, was the first “real” album by QUINTORIGOdriven by the single of the same name, presented in Sanremo in the same year and winner of the Critics' Award for new proposals and that of the quality jury for the best arrangement. Also in 1999 Toad wins the Targa Tenco for best first work.
Always reluctant to any genre label, Quintorigo embodied and still embody that deliberately dissident spirit, indie ante litteram, the best synthesis between pop, rock, classical and jazz that you could wish for.
